Are you moving in the Cambridge-Boston area?
We are SNF postdocs (MIT, BU) with one child returning to Switzerland and leaving our place. We will leave by the end of July. We would like to pass on our apartment FURNISHED, so we can sell our furniture to the new tenant and live in it until the very last minute. As standard SNF postdocs, our furniture is “pure IKEA”.
The apartment and the neighborhood are great. The location is very convenient. Here is a brief presentation.
Apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 3 pantries, 2 balconies.
Location: near Porter Square in Somerville. 7minutes walk from the subway (Red Line), 23 minutes walk to Harvard University. Perfect for Harvard, MIT and Tufts students.
We currently pay a very reasonable 1400 USD per month. To that, you will have to add gaz and electricity.
Please take note that the apartment does NOT have a washing machine. BUT, the apartment is fortunately located 200 meters from a Laundromat.
Please take note that it is the landlord who will approve your candidature not us.

Perfect for newcomer in Boston! We are leaving our apartment with everything. This bright sunny two bedrooms apartment has terrific view, hardwood floors, and two balconies. There is a grassy backyard, great for kids. It is close to Porter Square (Red Line), in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We love this place, available starting August 1.
$1400/month + utilities.
We are looking for someone, who would buy everything (furniture, tableware, kitchen utensils…) as he moves in. This is mostly IKEA furniture and we only used it for 2 years.
